BEING parcel B2 in the Oak Hill Park Plan No. 4 as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Allegheny County (now Department of Real Estate of Allegheny County,) Pennsylvania, on October 26, 1989, in Plan Book Volume 161, pages 75-76.
BEING the same property conveyed from James C. Linn, Executor, Grantor to a Pamela A. Linn, Grantee, by deed of March 9, 2005, recorded at Deed Book Volume 12382, page 251, and prior thereto conveyed from John C. Peterson and Carolyn K. Peterson, his wife, Grantors, to Karl H. Linn, his wife, Grantees, by deed of November 1, 1989, recorded at Deed Book Bolume 8142, page 50.
